Mimbres Valley Special Events Center Meetingplace for the community

Welcome to Mimbres Valley Special Events Center! The Special Events Center provides a large, pleasant location for the community to gather for conferences, workshops, meetings, banquets, receptions, dances, parties, craft and trade shows, and other special occasions. With a large banquet room/ballroom, three large conference rooms, and a large kitchen area, the civic center is ideal for any occasion.

Accommodations

• Banquet Room
  At 119' x 74', the large banquet room can accommodate meetings, receptions, dinners, and dances. Tables and chairs provide seating for 700.
• Two Conference Rooms
  Tables and chairs are available for the conference rooms.
• Kitchen Area
  The kitchen is suitable for catered meals, and has a serving counter opening into the Banquet room. (List of caterers upon request.)

The entry way for the special events center and the learning center

	The ballroom is large enough to seat 700 people, and has a dance floor to add to your guests' enjoyment.
The ballroom is also perfect for weddings, craft fairs, trade shows, family reunions, company parties and conventions.
	The conference rooms are spacious and comfortable for any meeting and each room has the capacity for 100 people. (Room 146 shown here.)
